Something Borrowed (#2.21)

Warning: Spoilers
The episode of Lily and Marshall's wedding is absolutely perfect. It combines all that we know from this great show, a lot of laughs and very moving moments of this perfect couple and the touching perfect friendship the five of them have.

All of it going wrong was indeed too funny. Lily trying not to care but at some point even for her it was too much. Marshall freaking out about his hair. The scene to get a toupee was a riot, even before Barney shows up, but once he does and takes toupee with his line of the night "the bride wants it" I could even less hold myself. Just as him telling Marshall that he looks good.

The ceremony scene was moving. Such a perfect solution for them. And not just Barney wanted to cry, I loved it all myself.

The ending with Lily and Marshall wanting to do it in the bathroom and Ted saying "please don't" was a great reference to their other first time in the dorm.

Lily and Marshalls Wedding
slightlymad225 December 2014
Not as Great as the last episode, but it is funny and enjoyable with some hilarious moments, especially Marshalls melt down.

Plot In A Paragraph:Marshall and Lily's wedding day is looking destined to become a disaster, until fate intervenes and makes everything almost perfect.

Alyson Hannigan and Jason Segel excel here they are both brilliant as Lily and Marshall. Neil Patrick Harris gets to act with his real life partner David Burtka who returns as Lily's ex boyfriend Scooter, who is still in love with Lily and is determined to stop the wedding.

After the 10/10 episode last time it would always be hard to match, this comes quite close
