Not a sterling season opener, but not the worst episode (that honor belongs to certain episodes in Season 6). MY WORST ENEMY would seem to be about J.D.'s endless capacity for self-sabotage, and you are led to think J.D. will do something really stupid with Kim. Only the closing sequence tells the story, and I'm certainly not saying here. Janitor, God bless him, has a supreme moment of triumph, thanks to J.D. and a lady named Lady. Elliott and Keith have some bad moments, some good moments, then some really bad moments as she waffles about marriage and their longterm relationship. Not exactly a laugh-out-loud episode, actually more dramatic than funny -- other than the Janitor's ultimate triumph over J.D.

hi..i will try to catch up with every episode & comment on it..first of all I am an Egyptian fan..you may think it's weired but the very sophisticated work gather audience all over the world..this episode is nothing less than a prove of how the stuff of scrubs-actors & editors-are simply genius..that they keep us laughing for seven years..no other "nowadays" series engaged to this level..i was so sad about being the last season but if that was their choice we have nothing except respect their decision no matter what the end will be-can JD stays with Kim she is lovely & Elliott be with Keith they are durable couple-...keep us happy & thank you for being you :):)
