Throughout the entire film during anytime that there is a scene with rain, there are parts when it is raining heavily, then almost no rain, then no rain and then back to heavy rain - all within seconds of each other. There's also shots where the entire ground and property is completely dry when it was pouring just seconds before.
The comment about CGI weapons effects is WRONG. These were 9mm blank firing weapons and operate in the same manner as their real counterparts. Effects were enhanced in post, but ALL the effects began as practical.
All guns are props with CGI muzzle flashes. (No slides go back and forth when firing and no empty shell casings are ejected at any point)
