When Vincent puts the rifle over Peter's head, its barrel is down to Peter's right. The very next shot shows Peter climbing the ladder, but now the rifle barrel is up and to his left.
When Romy spots Luther's team approaching her position, they are coming from her four o'clock, which means they started closer to the water tower and are going the wrong way. When Luther makes a break for it he heads in a direction that would take him still further from the water tower.
The view through the rifle scope is from a much higher vantage point than is seen from the water tower.
French Guiana's climate ranges from tropical monsoon to tropical rainforest. It is not dry and dusty as portrayed here.
The caption at the beginning lists the location in French Guiana as 4 deg north, 352 deg west. That longitude doesn't exist as longitudes range from 180 west to 180 east. 352 west is equivalent to 8 deg east, which is in Africa, not South America. French Guiana lies between 51 and 55 deg west.
At the beginning, the launch site checkpoint is stated as being to the east of Matoury. In reality, the launch site is to the west.
At the shootout at the checkpoint, it is shown that the bus is facing away from the launch site and therefore has come from that direction. There was therefore no need to engage the men at the checkpoint in a firefight.
Security for the French Guiana launch facility is the domain of the French military including the French Foreign Legion. There is no way they would tolerate "freelance security".
Zora says "I don't care if you kill everyone on this island". The Swann building is captioned as being in Matoury which isn't on an island but on the continental mainland of South America.
The camera man suggests "seize" and says "carpe delirium, seize the day". "Delirium" doesn't mean "day"; it should be "carpe diem".
