- A man is shown wearing his pants and boxers around his ankles, his shirt is covering his private parts, he exits a bathroom, and then passes out on top of another man.
- Women are shown wearing midriff revealing shirts, low-cut tops and short shorts and skirts.
- A small robot humps the leg of a woman, a man refers to this as perverted and points out that the robot is nude; the woman errors with "Well at least he's faithful".
- A woman implies deriving gratification from a car engine.
- A man is shown under a very large robot, and what appears to be simulated male genitals (in this case, two wrecking balls clinging and dangling on the robot's crotch) are shown on the robot; the man then mentions the resemblance, and states that he is directly under the "enemy scrotum".
- A man and woman embrace in a passionate kiss a few times throughout the film. Not sexual.
- A man tells a woman that he loves it when she speaks and asks her to repeat a specific non-sexual phrase, but in a sexual manner.
- A man says that a place is "stacked with hotties" and full of "pretty betties" and discusses a website which flashes on a computer screen showing pictures of women.
Violence & Gore

- Many Decepticons are destroyed in brutal ways.
- Level of violence:7.5/10.
- Revenge of the Fallen is loaded with guns, grenades, pyrotechnics and mayhem, and it's a rare moment indeed when audiences aren't subjected to something being bashed, smashed or blown up.
- Much of the action involves machine-on-machine violence, and we see Transformers skewered, squashed, decapitated, ripped apart or nearly chewed up, all accompanied by copious amounts of gushing oil.
- When Sam is captured by Megatron, he's held down on a table and told he'll die painfully. One tiny, slimy robot slithers into Sam's mouth, and we see tendrils wiggle in his nose. Another robot brandishes a small rotary saw, preparing to cut open Sam's skull.
- About half-a-dozen combat scenes apparently kill soldiers, usually via explosions that hurl their bodies through the air (though one poor victim gets stomped on by a Decepticon). After a ship sinks, we see bodies in the water. Carsand their passengersget destroyed in a city battle. Several helicopters also go down during firefights. In the worldwide havoc unleashed by the evil robots, we're told that the death toll for one day of carnage hits 7,000.
- Tasers are used occasionally, mostly for comedic effect.
- A paper thin robot propels itself through a soldier, slicing through his torso, blood spattering over the camera. The scene is extremely quick and filmed in darkness during a chaotic action scene. It is violent and graphic considering the films PG-13 rating.
- Near the end of the movie, a soldier is decapitated with a spear by a giant robot, the moment is *very* brief and can only be seen if you're looking for it.
Profanity

- Several uses of 'shit', two uses of 'fuck', one of which is implied, the other said in slow motion and with reverb so it's hard to make out. "What the f" is used once. A barely audible use of "nigga" easy to miss.
- One character yells "fucking do something"
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- The lead character's mother gets high on marijuana after eating some brownies she didn't know had pot in them.
- People are shown in a party setting and alcoholic drinks are being poured for underage people
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- A Decepticon has its face/mask torn off, followed by its 'heart', which is then crushed as it watches. It then slides down a pillar with its exposed face and a molten liquid coming from his mouth, representing blood. The face under the mask is rather creepy in appearance, almost resembling a demon, with red eyes and animalistic noises as it dies.
- A Decepticon disguised as a female human seduces a man by lying on top of him - as he tries to rush away, a long, robotic tongue extends from 'her' mouth and wraps round his neck, throwing him around the room. A later shot shows the human transforming into the robot.
- For tweens/teens.
- A small robot does surgery in a young man's head by sticking tool and robotic worms and bugs up his nose and mouth.
- The action and violence throughout is intense.
Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- When Sam, Mikaela and others run through a battle zone, Sam gets killed by an explosion. He is however, brought back to life.
- In the beginning action scene with Demolisher, a NEST soldier is seen getting crushed between two falling cement cylinders. No blood or gore, but still visible. A blink and you'll miss it moment.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Optimus Prime's death is intense. He is stabbed through the back and the shot through the back by Megatron.
