A funny CGI animation
Rectangular_businessman11 November 2012
Warning: Spoilers
This was a very funny short, which is also apparently the first CGI animation done by Bruno Bozetto ("Allegro non troppo", "Help?")

It is also a neat homage to Pixar Studios, being very enjoyable to watch.

Even when the animation isn't perfect (Or at least not "Pixar quality animation" as one of the characters says) the script is quite clever and well made, with very amusing jokes and a likable main character.

"Looo" is something brief, but very enjoyable to watch. This show why how the quality one of the story is more important than technology.

Like Pixar company motto says, "story is king".

Excellent example of Bozzeto's humorous sharp animations !

Surprised that no one wrote any comment, I definitively feel obliged to go on for my dime... : I love Bruno Bozzeto's work !

Mr Bruno Bozzeto, unfortunately for those who don't know him and his work,is a very strong and talented animated shorts/pictures Italian creator.

He created hundreds (mostly shorts) animations, witty, funny, sensitive, touching, sharp and very relevant and well observed of all us, Human, since 40 years.

Someone not to be missed, if you're not only a Disney type...

This Looo is a smart and perfect example of his kind of humour and spirit !

I suggest you, and in fact without the least hesitation even strongly advise you to see his :

Allegro non troppo (1977), (Italian version : 85', or US 75's version) which among animated movies is perhaps my favorite since I saw it, when it came out...

***A film is never really good unless the camera is an eyes in the head of a poet Orson Welles***
