Colonel Jacob Kane : Alice may be gone. So is the city's trust. We are hemorrhaging clients. Not because we're weak or ineffectual or indecisive. It's because for the first time in four years, we have competition. The city likes Batwoman because she doesn't subscribe to the rules. It makes her entertaining.
