The Queen Slayer

Warning: Spoilers
What an episode. Parvati going home is crushing to me, as she's my all time favorite player. Sandra going right after her was just straight up insane. The two Queens of Survivor getting voted out in the same episode just doesn't feel right, but it made for some incredible television. While there wasn't much Parvati could do due to the tribe swap, I feel like Sandra just completely blew her game up in the blink of an eye for no reason. She had the numbers & a solid alliance, but decided to flip for no reason. Denise played Sandra like a fiddle, giving her only 1 fire token in exchange for Sandra's idol & then voting her out after canceling out all 4 votes that were placed on herself. This move really puts into question Sandra's "goat" (greatest of all time) status that she has, as it's such a stupid move that could honestly be right up there with some of the worst moves in Survivor history. I also don't think Denise "wasted" her idol on Jeremy, as her protecting him might've just gained his complete loyalty to her until at least the merge, but we'll have to see. All in all, absolutely crazy episode that saw arguably the two greatest Survivor players of all time get voted out back to back.

This is why Survivor is great

I love how involved i get in the show. You have your favourites and you just hope they dont get voted off. This episode had one of the best blindsides in a while. And my respect for denise has grown massively. What a great betrayal. I was even thinking to myself. What if this happened. Far fetched. And then it happened.
