He called her Miss Goody Two Shoes and that really made her mad, but that fire brought them together. Peyton snoops for info about Nick by phoning up classmates, and she finds disturbing info. Lane is even more upset after the outing in town, and scavenges for her pills. Edward tries breaking the news re his marriage gently to Reese, but she invited Peyton to afternoon tea as well. Eleanor appears and he introduces her as Mrs. Burton to Reese's stunned surprise, and the situation worsens as Veronica gaily arrives bringing Edward little gifts, only to find out that her Sugar Daddy is now married. As she pelts him with everything she can find, Peyton is enjoying the show, but Reese just sadly slumps off. The DA has dropped the charges against the Burtons, but Edward leaves a paper trail of suspicious bookkeeping while pining for Veronica. Lane cries after having messed up her stolen prescription papers,.and Dean thinks it's pre-wedding stress. Tom and Reese are now together, but slinkily-dressed Peyton strikes out with Nick who is in vengeful mood enlisting the help of Veronica to 'nail Tom Massick'.
