- The new prankster in Bart's fourth grade class actually turns out to be a mole brought in by Principal Skinner to infiltrate Bart's inner circle. Homer falls in love with his loaner car after Marge wrecks their old one.
- Thanks to the kids' antics Marge prangs the car and whilst it's in for repairs the family get a state of the art new model,with which Homer is reluctant to part until he sees the old one being sold off. Bart,meanwhile,thinks he has found a kindred spirit in new class-mate Donny,who's even naughtier than him. Then he gets tipped off by Willie that Donny is a spy, brought in by Skinner to ensure prank-free school days. Bart corners Donny in an old warehouse but when Skinner and Chalmers appear to mete out the punishment Donny comes to Bart's assistance.—don @ minifie-1
- Bart and Lisa's bad behaviour make Marge crash Homer's car. Whilst it's getting repaired, Homer has to drive a loaner car which he loves more than his old one, until he sees they're selling it. Bart meets a newcomer to the school, Donny, who's an even better prankster than him and he becomes his friend. Bart soon realizes that Donny is a rat sent from Chalmers and Skinner to get to Bart. When Bart tries to hurt Donny in a warehouse, Chalmers and Skinner hear him, only then does Donny become Bart's assistant.
