This two-reel offering gives a realistic view of one side of the political game. It has a pathetic close, showing the death of the "glad hand" youth who was thrust into the position of fixer for a campaign manager. This is something new in the way of a political story and carries with it a good insight into campaign methods. The part of Dick was particularly well played by Wm. Campbell. This is well constructed and pleasingly presented throughout. - The Moving Picture World, April 11, 1914
