Plot In A Paragraph: Ted visits a tattoo removal clinic to get his butterfly tattoo removed and he's attracted to his doctor, Stella. Ted wants to go out with her, but she can't, as long as Ted is her patient and it's a violation of AMA rules. In addition, she tells Ted up front when he suggests that they can go out when the sessions are over, the answer will be no. Ted is convinced that he can change that no into a yes after ten sessions. One play (as Barney would call them) he tries is to be very nice to Stella's receptionist, Abbey (Britney Spears), but Stella still says no and Abbey is really starting to like Ted.

Neil Patrick Harris is brilliant here as Barney Stinson, who is convinced Ted can not turn the no into a yes. I really liked the chemistry between Ted and Stella, and the ending was great. But for me the biggest surprise was Britney Spears as Abbey, I expected her to be awful, but she played her with such a sweet naivety that is was hard not to arm to her.

Well done Ms Spears.

This episode was pretty well structured. We follow Ted on his 10 session where he wants to go out with the doctor who keeps on saying no. They did pretty well to show her getting more and more into him. And that little date he made for her at the very end was also great. we might see her again, they definitely have hinted that she might be the mother since she was at St. Patrick's day party. Her and Ted so far did work pretty well together on screen.

Loved to see Britney Spears as Abby. She was actually wonderful, so light and hilarious, would like to see more of her. Actually after seeing this it made me wish she would have done more acting.

When in your life are you ever going to see a doctor's office with a doctor as hot as Sarah Chalke and a receptionist as hot as Britney Spears? Maybe in LA but even there one or the other is either fugly or not as attractive. I honestly was amazed at how good Britney was as the receptionist Abby. She had a cute, innocent and impressionable vibe about her that is so not Britney over the last few years. The whole falling for Ted thing is a little far-fetched. Rarely in NY will you find a girl that pretty who is single, let alone attracted to a 'regular guy' like Ted. The only reason it makes sense with Abby is that she seems to be a bit of a ditz. Being I'm the nice, regular guy from New York I'd like to think I know what I'm talking about on this topic. Stella is great too. Sarah Chalke looked so incredibly hot in this role. It was so obvious throughout the episode that she was slowly growing attracted to Ted. The two minute date at the end was great. Even though she needed to get back to work, she still took the time to kiss Ted. After she went in, Abby seeing Ted with the flowers and flipping out was so funny. No shock that at the end, Barney immediately put the moves on Abby. After seeing how she was with Ted, I was kind of surprised to hear her say the line about having sex with Barney on his bed before going shopping. Hey, I guess you have to include some aspects of the actress in to the character.
