- Emily Marshall wanted to be a singer-songwriter, but instead of following her dream, she wants to settle and gets married. Emily and her husband have two children and she teaches music at a high schoo . Her daughter is fourteen and her son is only ten years old, when she finds out she has breast cancer. Her life changes completely when she is faced with this life-threatening disease. They will look at life differently and with the help of new friends she learns to chase her old dreams.
