What a perplexing case... truly one of the most terrible downfalls of the U. S justice system in the recent decades.

I know I did say that I'm glad they didn't go into the details of his past too much due to potential glorification. But I liked the perspective of his former employer who gave him a second chance. I feel like if I was in that position, I would be facing tremendous guilt and this is a rather fresh perspective that I haven't seen many times.

This episode definitely was very interesting because it really focused on the law enforcement and court. It's just blows my mind that he mostly walked away free.

The narrative became a little messy at some point because it was jumping back and forth between times in a weird fashion.

Overall, great follow up and a solid episode again.

Epstein's home is searched and the investigators realized he has been tipped off as many important items such as technology are not present.

In 1999 a white female who was 16 years old tells us about her rape. She was interested in becoming a massage therapist and was working as a locker room attendant at the time.

Ghislaine Maxwell told her about this travelling masseuse a wealthy man is looking to hire. The survivor said Maxwell looked educated, polished. The female goes to his home and Ghislaine and Epstein are in the room together. She is told to take off all her clothes and Epstein turns to lay on his back. All of three are nude. The survivor is told what to do and she is raped.

Epstein and Lex Wexner were acquainted. Wexner was in top management for the retail womens' apparel brand Limited Brands that had physical stores. Limited Brands purchased other brands including Victoria's Secret.

Epstein lured a female into his hotel room claiming he was a recruiter for Victoria's Secret. The excited woman goes to the hotel and Epstein tells her to let him see her in her bra and underwear. The woman leaves and files a report with the police department but there was no follow up after.

A lawyer who worked with celebrities with huge scandals in the media explains to us that as a lawyer you only think of what is beneficial to your client - you don't consider the victims or any other stakeholders. This lawyer set up the law team for Epstein.
