- An infected woman is seen with no clothes on the top.
- Three teenagers play with an inflatable sex doll on top of a building ( in a brief scene ) - no sexual acts are performed.
Violence & Gore

- A small infected boy has his head blown off by a shotgun. This is very shocking and quite graphic.
- The whole film is filled with violence and gore, and here are the main points.
- The stairs of the apartment building are coated in blood and guts.
- The infected are covered in their own blood.
- A man is shot in the head, and is killed immediately.
- A man is sniped in the ear, however he survives.
- A firework is set alight and shoved into the mouth of an infected lady. She stumbles along the corridor of an apartment, before the firework explodes and her head appears to be blown off.
- A man kills himself in a bathroom after being trapped by the infected. You can only see a second or less of blood, before the camera blacks out.
- A man is shot to death, before being thrown over the bannister of the stairs and hitting the floor with a loud thud.
- A hand is shown attached to the bannister, with a huge pool of blood under it.
- An old, decomposed body falls through the ceiling of an apartment.
- There are many more gory instances throughout the film.

- While this movie is not as scary as the first one, it has a lot more gore then it's predecessor

- The Medeiros girl appears topless.
Violence & Gore
- Jennifer appears, and sprays blood along a wall while being held.
- The Medeiros girl has her head shot off by Angela.
- Angela kills two remaining men in the penthouse, by shooting one with a shotgun (no blood is seen). The other is beaten up and bludgeoned with the shotgun until he is merely a bloody pulp - he then has his neck broken.
- A flashback to the ending of REC 1 shows Angela being dragged away. She then stumbles back to the camera, before falling to the ground with the Medeiros girl not far behind. The Medeiros girl then grabs Angela's mouth and opens it, before giving her what appears to be a kiss. However, as the Medeiros girl pulls away, you can see a long, worm-like creature enter Angela.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- During an intense fight scene, one of the main characters is accidentally shot in the head by a teenage girl. This is extremely shocking and graphic.
- Frequent strong horror, bloody violence and terrorisation. Could be more shocking and disturbing than the first to some. Especially in the scene of the exorcism of the boy.
