- Jack has second thoughts about marrying Elisa when he finds out she killed her first husband for cheating. Meanwhile, Jenna tries to hook up with a sexy paramedic, and Tracy's wife asks him to get a tattoo of her.
- Jack takes Liz with him to shop for Elisa's engagement ring. He tells her he's begun calling Elisa "The One." Once the salesman realizes Liz isn't the intended bride he takes Jack to the "real showroom."
Kenneth tells everyone there will no longer be random food allowed due to staff allergies. We find that Kenneth is allergic to strawberries. Frank and the other writers bring out a prank donut box with mouse in it. Lutz opens it and runs into a wall and a television monitor comes crashing down on him.
Tracy needs to find a present to give his wife for the 20th anniversary of the year they met. So far he's considering a dinner jacket with "Hot Bitch" written on it and a "Slanket", a sleeved blanket.
Elisa surprises Liz in her office. It turns out she's been back from Puerto Rico for 3 weeks. She didn't tell Jack because she is hiding a terrible secret...she's also having a hard time remembering English as she hasn't spoken it in two menses. She loves Jack and has been referring to him as "El Uno," but doesn't have strength to tell him. She asks Liz if she will tell Jack that it's over.
Jenna flirts with Roger, one of the paramedics who worked on Lutz. When she leaves Roger tells Lutz to give Jenna his number. The woozy Lutz eats the piece of paper with the number on it.
Jack tells Liz "it's over, it's over before it started," but was actually talking about a website. Before Liz can spill the beans Elisa runs in and tells Jack "Let's get married." Elisa whispers to Liz not tell Jack about the secret.
Jenna is singing in Pete's office, giddy about meeting Roger. Upset he left before she could get his number, Pete tells her a story about a woman killing a family member to cause another funeral so she can meet a man again. Jenna seems to like the sentiment.
Tracy is upset because Angie has asked him to get a tattoo of her face and name on his chest, since his signature move with other women is taking off his shirt.
With Jenna peering from around a corner, Kenneth takes a bite of his sandwich and falls over, shouting "Strawberries!" as he drops. Jenna yells for someone to call "the cute guy at 911."
Jack asks Liz if Elisa told her anything about keeping her maiden name. The cleaning lady, hearing the name and recognizing a picture of Elisa, refers to her as "La Viuda Negra" which translates as "The Black Widow."
Liz and Jack look for info about Elisa online, but it's all in Spanish. Just as Jack complains about needing someone who speaks the language, Elisa walks in and offers her services. She reveals her secret: she has been married before, but killed her husband when he cheated on her. She never went to jail because an impartial jury could not be found after a song about her was released.
Dot Com suggests when Tracy is out at the clubs he use a marker to turn the tattoo of Angie into a Lion called "T'Angiers." Tracy dismisses the design as that of an apparently gay lion.
Jack tells Liz he still wants to marry Elisa. She had one bad day and relationships mean overlooking flaws. Plus Jack is 50, which is "like 32 for ladies."
Jenna is upset to see two female paramedics show up to work on Kenneth. Apparently Roger works the evening shift.
Jack wonders what would happen if he married Elisa and accidentally cheated. Not liking Liz's input, Jack turns to Tracy for advice. Tracy suggests he take Jack to the club for a test of "erotic temptation."
Kenneth passes out again that evening. Franks rushes into Jenna's dressing room to tell her and she runs to see what the commotion is about. This time a different paramedic shows up and tells a stunned Jenna that he will have to cut off Kenneth's hands and that Kenneth will have to learn to urinate with his feet. Jenna freaks out and confesses she gave Kenneth the strawberries. Kenneth pops up and reveals that it was a trick to teach Jenna a lesson. When Jenna reveals that she feels genuine remorse for her antics, Pete is convinced that she is not a psychopath, but an extreme narcissist.
Tracy and Jack go to a club. Eventually Tracy leans in and tells Jack his terrible secret: In 20 years he's never actually cheated on his wife. The partying has been just for show (and because he's a high-functioning alcoholic). This makes Jack realizes that Elisa's fidelity demand is fine with him and Tracy thinks the tattoo idea is okay.
Jenna apologizes to Kenneth and shows him all the things on which she put strawberries. Hearing how much Jenna likes Roger, Kenneth intentionally drinks a bottle laced with strawberries. As he falls over he tells her: "Earn this." Jenna calls 911 with a huge smile.
Jack shows up at Liz's apartment (Liz wearing the Slanket originally intended for Angie) and tells her about his crazy night. Elisa shows up behind him and is furious he was out partying rather than thinking about their relationship, grabbing a knife. After hearing the whole story Elisa tells Jack her real curse is that she loves "too deeply." Jack takes back the engagement ring and they hug.
Jenna comes into the studio after her date. Turns out Roger has sole custody of a five-year-old so she gives him the thumbs down. Tracy walks in after a night of hard drinking and reveals he got the tattoo on his back, though it turns out to be Dot Com's "T'Angiers" design.
