Now I know this was season 1, and there were several Bluey episodes where Bluey was rude, bossy, etc (she changes on later seasons thankfully), but here she was very mean (no, just because she's 6 doesn't warrant her for doing this, she's older than Bingo and Muffin so she should know better) to Socks. After a Verandah Santa game, Socks bit Bluey, and she thinks that she bit her on purpose. Socks is only 1 at this point and she didn't know better nor does she know how to talk yet (so how exactly can she say sorry, Bluey?). Bluey takes the role of Verandah Santa, JUST to not give Socks a present. Bandit was mad at Bluey for doing that, Socks runs outside upset under a reindeer decoration, and Chili and Bandit want Bluey to apologize to Socks. Bluey then exclaims, "I didn't do anything wrong!" (Really?! Not giving Socks a present out of spite for being bitten wasn't wrong?) Chili and Bandit say that the Verandah Santa rule isn't a reason to not be nice to people, and lead Bluey outside. Bluey then seen Socks sighing sadly under the reindeer decoration and apologizes to her and that she was upset that she bit her and that she didn't say sorry (uh.. I mentioned that Socks can't talk yet), but in her best way, Socks licked Bluey's hand like a normal dog, which could be her way for now, and they made up. It then ended with everyone tackling Bandit at the end who was playing Verandah Santa. I think Bluey should have also gave Socks a present after apologizing. Christmas Swim on season 2 was better than this one, plus Socks is older! Like I mentioned, Bluey has changed for the better as seasons progressed, this definitely had to be her worst that she acted though, next to her running from Bingo with Judo on Butterflies.
