Mid-shoot Rob Brock convinced The McQuaid Brothers that Trent and Malcolm should have a scene together. The Brothers agreed to let them improvise a scene, but after a very long day and 13 takes Loring Murtha couldn't make it through a take because James FitzGerald would crack him up each time. The scene was dropped from the final cut.
The first day of shooting was delayed when the entire cast and crew were locked out of the theater that had been rented for production for several hours. The owners of the theater forgot they were filming that day. The McQuaid Brothers were not pleased.
