Gravik shoots a Russian agent with his rifle and the sound of the shot is suppressed, none of the people in the next room hear the shot. Plus during the subsequent fight his rifle shots continue to sound suppressed, yet there is no suppressor on his rifle, only a compensator.

During the rescue of a henchman, Gravik's goon placed two thermite charges on a three hinged door. The door was shown to have exploded off its hinges even though thermite cuts through metal instead of exploding. The door should have remained in place, even if the right number of charges were used.
G'iah is reviewing acquisition records of certain alien species on a computer monitor (Groot is visible as the first entry at top), changing the display just before Gravik walks in. The word "acquisition" is misspelled as "aquisition" in every record on-screen.
