Hugely impressive.

Young Sophie has lost her mum, she claims she knows who it was that killed her, she's refusing to talk to The Police, but connects with The Professor.

Well this was as good as the opening episode, and is arguably the best episode of the series. Intriguing, absorbing and intensely engaging, this incredibly sad story was first rate.

I like that we get to learn a little more about Lisa and Dan, we learn more about her relationship with her poor dad.

The music once again is superb.

Huge credit to Kathleen Humbertson who played young Sophie, that scene between her and The Professor melted me.

The acting was phenomenal throughout, once again the absolute class of Frances de la Tour, her scene with young Sophie, what a class act she is.

Terrific, 9/10.

Best episode so far.

This series gets better with each episode- and already I'm searching for information on a second series.

The Scene with the teapots-and also the ones with the bubbles- were madly delightful.

His long suffering Secretary is a hoot.

The brutally honest treatment of a delicate subject was refreshing-and handled sensitively. But the standout for me was Frances de la Tour's scene with Sophie- just perfect!

The other characters are developing their own stories-drawing me in deeper.

This series is my soul food in hungry times.

Just brilliant

This was my favourite episode of the Belgian version and this one turns out to be just as good.

Lisa is under pressure with home and work life and feels she doesn't have time for Dan.

The professor has a visitor claiming the wrong person has been arrested for the death of her mother but he has a job on his hands getting her to tell the truth.

Adelaide does some child minding and opens up about his she feels about her son and Dan is in for a surprise on his date night.

Kathleen Humberstone is brilliant as Sophie Wallace in only her second TV role just weeks after her first that was equally as good (but small) in Line Of Duty.

A mixture of emotions ahead of the series finale.

So much going on.

Great humour, emotion and a some off beat music to make this story one never to be forgotten.

Sophie Knows

Sophie Wallace has Down Syndrome and Autism.

Her mother was murdered and Sophie has information as to who might have done it.

She will only talk to Professor T but he needs to first gain her trust.

The police carry on with their enquiries. Donckers believes that Sophie might have killed her mother albeit accidentally. She just needs to get a crack at interrogating Sophie.

This was well acted by Kathleen Humberstone who plays Sophie. There is a real understanding between both Sophie and Professor T about their respective worlds.

Even better was the connection between Sophie and Adelaide, Professor T's mother. It gives a much better insight between mother and son.

I thought the mystery itself was trite. Sophie's mother was a horrible woman.

More shocking was Donckers attitude towards a young vulnerable woman. All it lacked was a truncheon to beat a confession out of Sophie.

Entertaining, but getting sillier all the time

Warning: Spoilers
A young woman with Downs Syndrome may have witnessed her mothers death. She will only speak to the Professor. They see each others hallucinations. The Professors' seemingly magical powers of insight continue to grow. The mystery all wrapped up in about 45 minutes. Too pat.
