Ty commits the grand mistake of taking advice from Declan here.Well, he listens to him anyway which is almost as bad.And acts like a crazy person with Rachel.But he gets a kiss at the end so it was all worth it.There's some nice intercutting with the chats between Rachel and Bridget and Ty and Declan and it's nice to see the two girls having a proper chat for once.And the scene of Ty repeatedly closing the door on Rachel only for her to knock on it again is top comedy.Although has someone signed a deal with a record promoter or something?Yet again we are treated to an extended musical number in the middle of it which just screams "product placement".
The only other thing going on here is the story of Nicola's apparently faked amnesia.It's Bridget's turn to act like a crazy person here with even Steve telling her to back off.Steve probably should have come up with a better plan if he wanted to expose Nicola since it just makes him look like the bad guy.Karl sticks up for her but that look he gives her when she's chatting with Toadie suggests that maybe he's got his suspicions.Miranda's appeal for compassion is actually quite reasonable and Steve should probably have let things lie.
