Those of us that grew up watching Nickelodeon from the early to mid-90s will probably remember this special airing every year on Thanksgiving. The special has two parts.
In one tale called "Thanksgiving Nightmare," while a family goes on an after-dinner stroll a gang of mice and a gang of roaches attack the Thanksgiving leftovers and frame the family cat. In another tale called "Thanksgiving Dreams," set in the Depression on the eve before Thanksgiving, a poor mother prepares for a meal of beans. But that night a young sister and brother dream of a feast that magically prepares itself. When they wake up the next morning, the kids believe that it was just a dream, but was it really?
