Hazel tells Mr. Griffin that he can not be both the best man at the wedding and be the person that gives the bride away. She explains that one person walks the bride down the isle thus giving the bride away while the best man stands at the side of the groom. Then when looking at George and Dorothy's wedding album she describes a picture of George walking down the isle hand in hand with Dorothy. This is a contradiction of how she told Mr. Griffin that a wedding ceremony should be conducted.
