Roger decides he needs to tame the shrew when Kay is jealous over his admitted attraction to Elizabeth Taylor after they go to see her in a movie. The conversation arises between Herbert and Eve of whether or not he would take Elizabeth out to dinner and then go dancing if he had the opportunity. Roger moves in with his typewiter as Eve storms out and heads over to spend time with Kay. Of course, Roger gets on Herb's nerves and misses Eve making his dinner, while Kay becomes infuriated when Eve redecorates. Eve quips about Kay's cooking, "If it doesn't give you heartburn all night, then it can't be any good." They all realize how ridiculous the fight was, but can't decide on how to make up without losing face.
While this has some good ideas, it drags a bit and becomes very talky in regards to the ridiculousness of the situation. The final stunt of Roger and Herb staging a fight while Kay and Eve pretend to have poisoned themselves is a rather absurd way to resolve everything. Jerry and Suzie only appear briefly to change the name of the celebrity to another sexpot of the 1960's. Later on, the boys turn the situation on Kay and Eve after they watch a film with Cary Grant, but of course, they are not nearly as upset as the women over with the Elizabeth Taylor situation, only causing Eve and Kay to grimace over the fact that their feelings for Cary Grant make them just as culpable as the boys were with La Liz. The first really disappointing episode of the series.
