- Alex feels pulled between two worlds when Marcus and Kuru get into a fight over her and Anala goes missing. Alex abandons an important recording session to search for Anala and is led to rediscover a childhood memory.
- Smash is looking forward to 4 paid hours in a recording studio. Anala, who has been a jumbo-size pain for a while, takes Alex's guitar and transports her, first with and then without Kuru, to places she believed to exist only in a childhood dream. There she learns the elephant always protected her. That made her miss the recording session. Still ignorant Marcus, who nearly beat jealously up 'rival' Kuru, considers himself implicitly dumped and resigns from the band he only joined for her sake.—KGF Vissers
- Provoked by more private discussions between Alex and Kuru, Marcus gets into a fight with Kuru. The uneasy situation reminds Alex how much she feels pulled between her world and Manjipoor. Where does she really belong? The band organise time at a professional studio to create their first demo CD, and on the day of the session Anala and Alex's guitar go missing. Alex realises she must find Anala and during the search with Kuru, is reconnected with memories from her childhood. Anala leads her back to a memory that Alex had forgotten. Alex misses the recording session with the band, but finds a reminder of what Anala and Manjipoor really means to her. When she returns, her band dumps her, and Marcus breaks off their relationship.
