The short revolves around a bunch of cats having a business meeting regarding the company's status. Meanwhile, what I can only presume is the dog version of Quagmire from Family Guy starts to swing a wrecking ball towards the building until it eventually smashes it, causing all of the cats in the meeting to flee.
The first half of this short is just boring, however when the wrecking ball starts to swing and fakes out the viewer multiple times, it starts to get funny thanks to the suspense. Overall, I think this short is decent, but nothing really much compared to several other shorts in Seth Macfarlane's Calvcade of Cartoon Comedy.
