Marion is now the target of abuse, first of all from the Detective on the case, and later from Kowajinski. Clarence is given the new address of Kowajinski, and pays him a visit.
It's perhaps the most dramatic episode of the series, with some pretty disgusting things, that box of chocolates being one. The Detective is a total creep, he's slimy, imposing, and perhaps should be spending his days in a Prison Cell.
The couple seem to have moved on with their lives, even contemplating a new dog, the story has switched, the true villain is perhaps not the one we started out with.
