Humphrey Burton referred to this edition in his 2021 autobiography "In My Own Time", though perhaps naturally after so many years, he made a slight mistake with some of the details.
In recalling Vincent Price working with the Menuhins, Burton mistakenly recalled this as taking place during their earlier appearance in How Pleasant To Know Mr. Lear (1972), instead of this edition, describing it as an "affectionate salute to Edward Lear, delivered by two over-the-top performers".
Of Price, Burton stated: "Diana recruited the larger-than-life horror film actor Vincent Price to share the narration; Price turned out to be a lovely man and a true Anglophile; he had absolutely no side or self-importance despite his world fame."
