Not my favourite genre but the trailer's gave me hope that this would be different from your average teenage drama. This episode doesn't necessarily do anything other than introduce you to the story which is totally fine.
I wouldn't say it's a bad episode but it's certainly not one I would say is good. Pilot episodes generally don't do anything when you look at it from afar but I'd say it does it's thing and that's all that matters.
