"Sometimes I forget how old you really are"
misterproper28 September 2022
Either writers are idiots or they think we are. This sentence from Michaela to Cal says it all. Let's reconsider the facts: Passengers on the 828 skipped five years. For them it was like minutes. Cal didn't magically grow five years emotionally, mentally or physically. So Michaela saying to him: "Sometimes I forget how old you really are"- saying he's so wise - is just moronic.

I wonder if the show is ever gonna get somewhere, because it's already season 4 and nothing major is happening. Usually things like this get cancelled. Also, this minimum character on imdb is in the same ballpark as that sentence.

828 RIde or Die
Hillius9 June 2021
Warning: Spoilers
As we rejoin Manifest we find Dr. Bahl and the ever excellent Troy once again making a smooth exit from the geologic hot zone having performed their clandestine task.

Ben Stone, in jail. Awaits his arraignment hearing, getting a brief visit from Grace who is there in support. Hoping for an easier hearing, Ben and his attorney are faced with a much tougher opponent who is possibly biased. When things go south, Grace makes a very caring, but rash decision in order to help.

At the Eureka lab, Dr. Gupta frustrated by lack of progress switches around some testing protocols in an effort to try harder. Saanvi finally returns and has a surprise guest who carries some ill tidings for all the 828 passengers while dealing Saanvi yet another blow.

Things don't go very well for Michaela either at the police station. She learns that she is in for an even worse time going forward than even IA gave her earlier in the show and while Jared tries to be supportive, sometimes it is just not enough to fend off the storm.

Further frustration at the Stone home as upstairs Cal tends to a sheltered guest and downstairs Grace has a rough time of things with Ben. Michaela puts her rough day aside to calm some spirits while another welcome guest arrives to get the group motivated to keep trying to save the passenger, while Cal takes a strange field trip.

I really cannot believe I let this sit on my watch list for 2 years before I even began watching. I am only sad I caught up so fast. 8/10.

Tense episode about loss
ldamena4 June 2021
Loss of friendship, loss of confidence, loss of trust, loss of belief and loss of ones belief in yourself. It was hard watching Ben, Michaela and Saanvi go thru that as well a little bit with Cal too. Angelina is crazy(I think) so... but awesome for all them to come together in the end to once and for all try and find answers to the questions of who they are and what it all means. Looks like the 2hr season finale next week will be tense too. And wth? Was that fire calling? Oh and thanks that no Zeke this ep LOL.

Good Episode [8/10]

Warning: Spoilers
Reaction / Review for Manifest Season 3 Episode 11: Episode 10 was ok and I gave it a rating of 7.5/10. Angelina is still in the house? Grace wont be happy about that. Bail is 500.000 dollars for Ben, that is insane. So that's it, Ben is going to prison, that sucks. At this point Angelina is just creepy. Where did Grace find all the money for the bail? Doesnt sound good. Ben has become absolutely obsessed with the callings. This time the callings left Cal with burns on his body, I don't remember a calling like that before. So Michaela just quit being a cop, this could be interesting. Adrian is back? Didn't expect that. Overall a good episode, my rating is 8/10.

Getting tired
doug2go4 June 2021
I originally rated this series an 8 but Season 3 has been pretty much more of the same except it has morphed from Syfy drama - to a melodrama with Syfy background - and too much over acting.

There is no humor , no romance and what action there is - is stilted at best and contrived at worst. . I will finish watching season 3 to see if it improves or has a story line that doesn't get stuck in the mud - if they authorized a Season 4 - they will do it without me. This show has been slow death not like the suicide that Hallmarks "When Calls the Heart " pulled off with the worst season final in the history of TV.

On and on and on and on. Repeat and repeat and repeat. Stupidly going down useless and blind paths, all about nothing. Too bad this mess has another season and Debris has been canceled. Are the so-called writers older than 16? Oh well, one less show to put on my DVR.

This shows is bananas

OMG, I love how bad this show is, I wonder how can anyone rate it with more than 4 stars, nothing makes sense.

My favorite part of the episode is the acting when they are all in fire, at this point I'm just watching this to torture myself.

Wtf was that about Singapore?
snowyprecipice21 April 2022
Warning: Spoilers
Why did they talk about a Korean passenger getting executed in Singapore, then the police chief said "this isn't Singapore, detective". Damn right it isn't, Singapore isn't North Korea lmao. What kind of backwards uninformed view about Singapore is this?

HAD ENOUGH!
travishankins26 June 2022
OK! I have had enough. I've been trying to get through this season and then quit, but the crap is too deep. Stopping now - bad acting terrible writing, worse directing JUST TO TERRIBLE. BUHBYE!

Warning: Spoilers
Ben's haircut, or lack thereof, reason enough to rate this episode a 2. If not the entire season. Not much to see here. Except they moved his hair part to the other side.

Same old bias against 828'ers heightens across all law enforcement, and they make Ben's judge really biased. So Michaela quits job as detective.

I like the Vance character, but has done little at Eureka but stand around and let others run rhe show. He says a little more this episode but still buries head in sand. More Vance intrigue would benefit show.

In the end, the 828'ers say the tailfin is really dangerous now. Will it explode?

I'm sure it should improve by end of season. Just waiting it out like season 1.
