Glenn Walters, lead singer of the Hoodoo Rhythm Devils became a in-demand voice over artists with credits including "The Nightmare Before Christmas". He and Tony Lindsay from Santana are co-lead vocalists for The Ray Charles Project.
"Sucker for Love" was produced by Jack "Funky Jack" Leahy, co-owner of Russian Hill Recording - the premiere San Francisco recording and post-production studio in it's heyday. Jack also added an array of post-production sound effects to the video.
Lead Guitarist Peter Walsh also played with Lou Reed, Seatrain and Shades of Joy. Peter sadly passed away on June 6, 2020.
Co-writer and art director, Bruce Steinberg, designed album covers for many San Francisco Bay Area bands, including Tower of Power, Journey and the Doobie Brothers.
This is one of the earliest music videos from San Francisco. "Sucker for Love" won MTV's Basement Tapes Awards in 1984, based on viewer popularity.
