- A man and a women make out for several seconds at one point in the movie, but there is no nudity.
Violence & Gore

- This movie is not so much gory as it is disturbing. Most torture or killing is done off-screen, but some aftermath is seen later.
- Two men in a vehicle chase two bikers through the woods. Eventually, after one biker is shot in the arm and after the vehicle flips, the two bikers are chased on foot. When the pursuers catch up to the bikers, it is implied that one of the attackers is about to rape the the girl. The girl maces him in the face, and the two bikers escape.
- A dog is somehow burned alive, though it is not seen and not evident how exactly it happened, and it's charred body is shown later.
- A man strapped to a metal operating table is burned alive. There are heated coils underneath the table which cause it to heat like a skillet, and he is melted to the table. This is a very prolonged scene with much screaming and agony, and there is smoke from his burning skin which cause other victims in the room to gag. He eventually passes out from shock, but wakes up later and is rescued. When he is peeled off of the table, all the skin from his back is ripped off and muscles can be seen. This is the most graphic scene in the movie.
- A man's eyelid is cut off with a utility knife. It is not shown in detail (the camera is focused behind the killer as he cuts), but the victim is later shown without the eyelid.
- A man gets his foot caght in a bear trap and as he tries to free himself, his is run over with a vehicle. The camera turns away before impact.
- A man steps on a wooden board and nails go through his foot. As he tries to free himself, the killer comes up behind him and kills him with a scythe. Only the blade is shown, however bloody, in a swinging motion to imply the man is being killed.
- Several burned bodies are discovered in a cave and are posed in various ways.
- A man is stabbed in the stomach with a bayonet and dies.
- Three soldiers get into a fight. One soldier grabs the pin off a grenade on the other soldier's uniform, causing all three to blow up. Two men die, and one loses his eye and both legs.

- Several variations of "F*ck," and some others such as "B*tch," "A**hole", etc. Few uses of "C*nt".

- A few men are seen drinking beers at a bar.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The whole movie is intense and has a nightmarish vibe to it. Some will find the killer very disturbing because of the way he acts and because of all of his paraphenalia he has kept throughout the years. Also, the killer's house is like a giant torture chamber with medical tables, metal hooks, and various sharp objects throughout.
