For the soap opera "Toons and Temptations", Bill and Toony become Billius and Toonifer, with Bill sporting a flowing mane of long blond hair and a frilly white shirt. Toony's fish tank castle is replaced with a large mansion, and the diver is outfitted like a butler. Mr. Quizzer wears a full-body cast after a mysterious "accident", and his true identity just might be Chomp O'Wilson, car mechanic with a heart of gold. Goldie Fisher reveals that she has an evil twin named Sylvie, Toony suffers from life-threatening amnesia, and Bill gets some bad news from Boxcar Doctor ("Wandering Clinician").
Leila Gorstein (Goldie Fisher) introduces the new character of Sylvie ("Goldie's Evil Twin") and reprises her bean-loving rail yard hobo character Boxcar, this time as Boxcar Doctor ("Wandering Clinician"), as well as her recurring role as Bill's Mom.
Although advance listings included the MGM Droopy cartoon The Shooting of Dan McGoo (1945), the actual show instead featured the Tom & Jerry cartoon Cat and Dupli-cat (1967).
