Jimmy says to Magnus "I love the hair." Michael Shanks (Jimmy) was on Stargate SG-1 (1997) with Amanda Tapping (Magnus). Tapping had blond hair on the Stargate franchise and fans made a big deal when she changed her hair to brunette for "Sanctuary."
Jimmy's pouch may be a reference to the pouch in the stomachs of the Jaffa race on Stargate SG-1 (1997), in which both Michael Shanks and Amanda Tapping starred.
When Magnus and Zimmerman are looking for Kate and Jimmy there is a For Sale sign on the wall with the name "Nicholas Dibley" as a contact. Nick Dibley is the Art dept property master.
The gang leader is shown with devices on his temples. These are remarkably similar to the Tokra memory devices used in Stargate SG1 and are even adjusted in the same way and make the same sound, only without a controller.
