"Watch out for Stobor" comes from the 1955 sci-fi novel "Tunnel in the Sky", written by Robert A. Heinlein - it is advice given to students who are being sent to a distant planet as a survival test. The warning against "Stobor" ("robots" spelled backwards) was a way of personalizing the dangers of an unknown planet to instill fear and caution in the students.
