A ten minute artistic dance performance by Yvonne Rainer, a choreography she developed in the mid 1960's but captured on film in the late 1970's.
Completely silent, she makes a serious of movements, stretches, gestures, all captured from a certain distance and no close-ups to present a closer
view of her quiet serious expressions.
I'm no expert in the art of dance performances so I can't give you a view on the artistry and complexity of it all. Watched out of curiosity as the title sounded appealing. If we make such an analysis that the mind is a muscle that can be trained to perform a series of complex movements, to stretch and expand, one can see Yvonne proves it quite well. 6/10.
