- Omniman and Invincible battle 3 Viltrumites. One gets disemboweled and impaled by a rock, one gets his skull crushed in (his head is deformed and his eyes are bugged out) and another gets her mouth ripped apart (there's a gaping hole where her mouth used to be). Omniman's back gets broken, and Invincible gets slashed and stabbed in the stomach. There's also heavy punching, kicking, and throwing. Lots and lots of gore.

- Mark says "f you" to his father multiple times.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The scene with Donald cutting his wrist can be triggering.
- Atom Eve gets depressed after being unable to save a couple from drowning.
- Omni-Man and his wife both contemplate suicide in this episode, but neither one goes through with it.
