Terror has found a new home. Northern Idaho? Seems so, at least according to the makers of the new survival horror flick The Mooring that Lionsgate will be putting out on DVD this coming February.
Every 40 seconds, a person goes missing. In northern Idaho, a group of teenage girls attend a summer camp to help them connect with nature - without technology. They're told it will be a summer of change. When the girls' houseboat is suddenly stranded in the middle of a river, an odd couple comes to their aid. But what's supposed to be an act of kindness turns deadly and the girls find themselves on the run, pursued through the forest by a brutal, determined killer.
Karli Blalock, Larissa Hayden, Lilli Hendrickson, and Erin McIntosh are amongst the newcomers being hunted by “Little Russell” from Honey, I Shrunk the Kids (actor Thomas Wilson Brown), now all grown...

Grindstone Entertainment has picked up all North American rights to the thriller The Mooring to be released by Lionsgate Home Entertainment.
Stan Wertlieb of Grindstone Entertainment says "The Mooring is not just another scary film. It is a story of a young woman's survival against an evil antagonist, powerfully played by Thomas Wilson Brown. The audience is witness to Evil, the likes we are rarely exposed to. This is an edge of the seat thriller."
The Mooring opens with the violent abduction of a young girl. Ten years later a group of gadget addicted teenage girls come together for a program that is held on a houseboat up the spooky St. Joe’s river, surrounded by thick claustrophobic Idaho forest. Their program is disturbed by the arrival of an odd couple, who moors beside them. Chaos ensues, as Nancy, the program leader, is murdered before the girls’ eyes. Suddenly, the...
