Violence & Gore
- blood splatters in some parts of the map, in the nd when you kill huggy, there are blood splatters where the doll hits the pipes and rails
- At the end of Chapter 2, Mommy Long Legs is trapped and crushed in a grinder. She screams out in terror and blood splatters.
- At the end of Chapter 3, Catnap is stabbed in the mouth by the prototype, which kills him.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- During Chapter 1, Huggy appears out of a dark corridor acting as a sort of jumpscare. May be scary or frightening to some.
- The "vent chase" sequence when Huggy runs towards you through a narrow vent shaft might be claustrophobic of intense to some.
- At the end of the "vent chase", as soon as you pull down the boxes to block Huggys path, he will jump out and try to kill you. Might be scary to some.
- At the end of the climax chase scene in Chapter Two, you have to kill Mommy Long Legs by grinding her to death. Can be VERY scary to some including her plights for mercy.
