June's granddaughter has a kidney disease, so she is on the transplant list. When she is removed from the list without reason and some "charity" asks June for a donation in order to get her the kidney she needs, June asks Neal for help. Neal and Peter start an investigation on the charity, posing as doctors in a tennis tournament. While Neal tries to get close to Dr. Powell, the charity's founder, Peter has to play the charming man for Powell's second in command, Melissa Cartwright, much to Elizabeth's amusement.
While searching for evidence, Neal gets in trouble when some nurses think he might be a psychiatric patient. With Peter's help, he soon discovers the "charity" is a front for a scam that has defrauded almost 30 million $. Powell needs a transplant himself and he's been using the money to scout third world countries for a zero-mismatch kidney.
