Bugs' Bonnets (1956) is presented in a censored version, which crops out images of Bugs Bunny as a Native American stereotype. (When the Pilgrim hat lands on Elmer Fudd's head, the image zooms in on Elmer and crops Bugs out of frame, not showing the braided wig falling onto his head. The stereotypical "Ugh" and Indian war whoop audio is either muted during the close-up on Elmer, or the footage is trimmed from the edit.) This cartoon has often been censored for television broadcasts, though it is usually the tobacco content which is cut. For this MeTV broadcast, the smoking scenes were left intact.
