- The Doctor pops out of a cake at Rory's bachelor party, explicitly explaining he had displaced a stripper from it (and that this was at least the second cake he had emerged from that night). He again recounts to Rory about Amy's infidelity. There is a sexual subtext to the selection of the women for the Calvieri school -- as they are to become genetic material for the males of the species to use for mating. Rory is referred to by the Doctor's Psychic Paper as Amy's "Eunuch."
