This is such a powerful episode that I've watched several times and each time I appreciate it more. Everyone's acting is great along with the story but also the actor who plays Turell, Ace Gibson, did an outstanding job playing a cold-blooded killer one minute and a sympathetic victim the next. Very tight episode.

This is fantasy

I know I will irritate some of you who feel this show is representative of real life functions in police investigations, but I am bothered by a simple subject. During the first few minutes Brenda is asking a severely injured person, who is in or on his way to emergency surgery some questions regarding the episode resulting in him being in the position he is presently in.
Not certain, but I don't think cops or anyone else for that matter would be allowed a conversation with anyone about to enter emergency surgery!
Of course, this is strictly fiction, right? As such we are asked to accept anything and everything as fact, as far as fantasy is concerned.
