In the intro, Shane is wearing gloves when he enters Rick's room and tries to pick him up after bringing the mobile hospital bed to the door, but after Shane very quickly moves around the bed to look at the monitors, the gloves are instantly gone, more quickly than he could have reasonably pulled them off.
During the playback of TS-19, just after the TS dies, the playback counter at the bottom of the screen suddenly jumps from "32:18:12" to "12:18:13", jumping back 20 hours, but when scanning to the second event, the numbers go from 32 up to 34 hours to resume playback.
Rick is shot in the back of his left arm, but when he wakes up at the hospital, the bandages are around his tummy. He was shot there too, but he was wearing a bullet proof vest.
When VI sets off the "H.I.T." (High intensity thermobaric explosive) the CDC building and surrounding grounds is engulfed in flames and the building is destroyed. However, all of the vehicles that Rick and his followers are in are mere meters away from the building, and suffer no damage. A blast from a thermobaric explosive, the most destructive non-nuclear explosive in existence would have destroyed the vehicles and killed Rick and his people from the pressure wave alone at such close proximity.
Dr. Jenner states that other research centers shut down for lack of electricity, including the one(s) in France. He then states that they lacked electricity "because the world runs on fossil fuels."
France gets 80% of its electricity from CO2-free nuclear power plants which run for more than a year between refueling and can even run for many years without refueling at lower efficiencies. The research center in France may have shut down for lack of electricity, but it wasn't because they ran out of fossil fuels. His fossil-fuel sermon was misplaced.

When Jenner shows the survivors a video of a person becoming a zombie on an MRI, at the end, a gun is shown entering the frame, then a bullet is shot into the brain. A metal gun could not be used anywhere near an MRI, as it would be violently attracted to the skin on the machine and stick to it.
Jenner inaccurately gives the resurrection time as "2hrs:01min:07sec" but the timings using the clock at the bottom of the screen from the moment of death (32:18:12) until the first signs of EEG trace signals (34:20:23) is actually "2:02:11".
When Jenner is first shown using a microscope, it has no lenses (specifically, 'objective lenses'). He also seems to see DNA molecules recombining but this could not be seen with a light or electron microscope.
The safety lever (also known as a spoon) on the M67 grenade is painted blue, indicating it is a training grenade.
Nobody thought to go get more fuel, which would be easy to access.
At the CDC, we learn that only the brain stem shows activity, yet even a screwdriver through the eyesocket or an arrow in the head is enough to take down a walker.
Jenner and the CDC's research on the walkers was flawed, and their conclusions outright wrong because contradicts what Rick and the others had seen in the walkers. Bizarrely, none of Rick's group tells Jenner about such recall, thinking behavior, and agility they had witnessed in a few of the walkers.
