The Justice League Recombination (#4.11)

Zack is really a fun character. The beginning with him was pretty good. Even though I felt bad for him because he is such a sweet guy the jokes that were made were funny. And he is so nice that it didn't take him long to forgive them. All the costume thing was also well done. I also laughed a lot when we saw the other teams against them who had a guy as a Wonder woman. And we see here that it is not over between Penny and Leonard.

The cast has a New Year's Eve costume party on "The Justice League Recombination" ep of "The Big Bang Theory"
tavm8 October 2011
In this last season ep of "The Big Bang Theory": Penny's ex Zack (Brian Smith) is with her again and she's not too happy at the way the boys are making fun of him. Turns out Zack himself has figured it out too and also doesn't like it. So Leonard apologizes while the rest come with him to see him beat up. That doesn't happen since Zack forgives when Milk Duds (a Sheldon suggestion) are offered. Later at the comic shop, where Zack is excited about the Archie section, he gets an invite for the place's New Year's Eve costume party to be Superman to Leonard's consternation since he was the Man of Steel previously. At least he doesn't have to be Aquaman who the actual wearer Raj thinks sucks. Penny is picked to be Wonder Woman in order to complete the Justice League group but wavers with both Zack and ex Leonard coming...Another hilarious ep with some touching moments between Penny and Leonard. Especially loved the end. So on that note, "The Justice League Recombination" is another very worthy ep of "The Big Bang Theory".

The Justice League

When the gang insults Zack, they decide to apologize to him. This leads to an invitation to Stuart's New Year's Eve costume party. They dress as characters in the Justice League of America (like everyone else). Penny must go as Wonder Woman which leads to some intrigue. Raj is Aqua Man, which is far and away the most ridiculous costume.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode shows that Sheldon and co have the potential to be just as bad a bully as those who used to torture them at school.

Yes, this episode relies heavily on the humour created by sticking the cast in fancy dress, and yes, Zack feels very cartoonish alongside the more nuanced regulars, but this remains a fun episode. There's lots of great moments, and the chemistry between the leads is a joy to behold.

It is though an episode that feels like it runs out of steam before the end, with the Sheldon as The Flash running to the desert bit just tacked on to the end to make up the time.

Overall though, lovely stuff.

Not funny anymore

I'm not really sure what happened to this series... but season 3 and season 4 have been more than disappointing. Just cliché after cliché, bad dialogues and scenes that have lost quality after being repeated so many times

Not even Sheldon can maintain this afloat by himself. Amy is a good addition besides Bernadette, but the rest of the cast... boring. Predictable.

Warning: Spoilers
Is was a ok episode. But near the ending was sad. You could tell that penny still has feelings for Leonard. It was like the kiss she got but didn't really want it from zack

Again Sheldon is a Dick

This episode pissed me off again.

At 10 seconds to midnight, Sheldon wanted everyone to stop counting because he had a speech.

What a big idiot...

Did he really think people should stop the people from celebrating the new year that was coming just to hear him talk.

I know this is his character, but he really pisses me off to no end.

Anyone else would be beat up for the things he has said to people.

When this show first came on, I loved it and it was funny. But now looking back. Wow. This guy was the most sarcastic rude person I have seen on television.

I really hate this character, but I still enjoy watching the program because of the stories and the other people on the show.
