The credits at the end of the single-player campaign list all the names together in alphabetical order, with no titles or other indication of who did what.
The main menu background changes to reflect the most recent stage of the game you've played.
After the credits, Wheatley offers his opinions on the end of the game while the Space Core orbits around him.
At the end of the co-operative campaign, GLaDOS scans lots of people in cryo-sleep. The names of the people appearing on the scanner's screen are the names of the developers, actors and other production staff. Also GLaDOS reads aloud - mostly negative - information (e.g. "horrible people-skills" or "never shares"), seemingly from each of the scanned persons' files. At the end of the credits, GLaDOS says that it was all from just one(!) file and that she will now look at some more.
The game menus change via a spinning tile effect, identical to the spinning tiles Wheatley and GLaDOS use in the game to create mosaic patterns and words on the walls of the test chambers.
During the credits, GLaDOS sings "Want You Gone" on an orange computer screen, which floats off into space at the end of the song.
