IA tells Angel that, despite the apology, the department is still looking into bringing charges against him. Angel gets angry at the guy and asks if he has nothing better to do than to bring up charges over a simple bar fight. Maria takes the investigator into her office to discuss the matter. He makes a comment about Lopez' claim to Maria's oral sex prowess. Maria's looks distressed and asks if that will be in the disposition. Angel watches the scene from outside the office. Debra comes in and tells Angel she's found a pair of brothers -- Carlos and Marco Fuentes -- who look like solid suspects in the beheadings.

Dexter takes Lumen to the swamp to show her the women Boyd had hidden in the barrels. He admits there is no way for her to know that he was the one who killed the women and tells her about Rita's death. He hands her a knife as part of a "leap of faith" for both of them and she immediately cuts him in his arm. She begins to cry.
Maria yells at Quinn for messing with the Mitchells against her orders. Jonah never technically ID'd Dexter and he hasn't confirmed Kyle Butler was Dexter to the feds. She places him on unpaid suspension.
Outside Quinn runs into Debra. He apologizes for not being at the raid. He tries to tell her he's no good for her and she responds "I'm not looking for good."
Lumen fixes Dexter's arm and asks about Rita. She apologizes for cutting him and seems to have accepted he's not a monster. Dexter tells her she can go home now. She doesn't think it's "that simple." She tells Dexter that there were other people who abused her: "It's not over," she says.
