The episode centered around the Trial of Eric Bischoff, with Vince McMahon as the judge, Mick Foley as the prosecutor, commentator Jonathan Coachman as Bischoff's "lawyer," and Chris Masters (Chris Mordetzky) as the bailiff. The show started with Vince McMahon driving into the arena in a garbage truck, saying that he would "take out the trash." The week before, Vince had given Bischoff one more chance. Bischoff had made as the main event John Cena vs. Kurt Angle vs. Chris Masters in a Triple Threat Submission Match, on the premise that Cena was at a disadvantage as he was the only one without a signature submission hold, as Angle had the Ankle Lock and Masters had his overblown Full Nelson the Masterlock. Cena won the match by forcing Masters to tap out to an STF (Stepover Toehold with Facelock), which commentator Joey Styles named the "STFU," after Cena's Fireman's Carry Slam finishing move which at the time was called the FU. The camera then cut to a scene of Vince McMahon and his son Shane McMahon watching the match, with Vince saying that it was "time to take out the trash."
Jonathan Coachman called Chris Masters as a witness to testify on Bischoff's behalf. He sat down in the witness stand and said, "My name is Chris Masters," and Judge McMahon said that Masters had perjured himself, and acknowledged that Masters' real name is Chris Mordetzky. Masters' real name was never mentioned again.
Coachman called Simon Dean (Mike Bucci) to testify, but the Boogeyman (Marty Wright), who had made his TV in-ring debut defeating Dean that previous Friday on Simon Meets... (2005) (December 2, 2005), showed up instead. A nervous Judge McMahon said, "Uh, the witness may step down." The Boogeyman proceeded to recite a poem saying that Bischoff would soon be gone. He then did his trademark evil laugh, smashed himself over the head with his clock and sank down into the witness stand. McMahon, Bischoff and Coachman were horrified, and Mick Foley simply sat there eating a moon pie, like it was nothing special.
Featured an installment of Edge (Adam Copeland)'s talk show segment "The Cutting Edge" with guests Michael Hayes (Michael Seitz) and Sgt. Slaughter (Robert Remus), where Hayes called Edge ungrateful and undeserving, saying that the only reason he had the show was because he "stole Matt Hardy's girlfriend," referring to how Amy Dumas had cheated on Hardy with Copeland in real life, resulting in her character Lita turning heel. Edge countered by asking about Hayes' late Fabulous Freebirds tag team partner Terry 'Bam Bam' Gordy's drug problems.
