When Masuka and Debra find the bloodstain, Masuka says the the victim lost a significant amount and could never survive. When Dexter found the stain he said the guy lost a pint, which is what you give when you donate blood.
In the time between Dexter finding the pint of blood and Debra and Masuka finding the larger pool, obviously Dan the Dentist had hemorrhaged an unsurvivable amount more blood. They were both correct.

In the warehouse, Dexter asks Lumen, "Where was the point of impact?" and elaborates, "Where were you standing?" This should have been "Where was the point of discharge?" The point of impact is where the bullet strikes the target, which is the pool of blood.
Not exactly. That was not an elaboration. He was asking two different questions: where was the point of impact? When he realized she didn't know what he was even asking, he tried another: Where were you standing? That way he was able to locate where her wild shots had gone.

Liddy gives Quinn an update on what he found out about Dexter. He says that Dexter is squeaky clean on paper. He's only been out of the country once, to Paris. This is referring to The British Invasion (2007) where he follows Lila to Paris to kill her. Much later on, it is revealed that Dexter owns several passports with different identities. If he intended to fly to Paris to kill, he would definitely not have used his own passport as that would leave evidence that would have been hard to explain. So Liddy could not have found out that Dexter was ever in Paris.
When the police arrive at the warehouse, there is a suspension bridge with blue lights in the background. There are no suspension bridges in Miami.
