The episode isn't a bad one, per se. The bad ratings come from the decision to kill off Peter. I'm not the guy who starts an s-storm just because the writers do something I don't want them to, but this one is more than just that. It removes the most interesting and entertaining character of the show.

And while it's still a great show, it now lost its main attraction. In the long run, it's hard for me to believe that they can keep the quality of this unique over-the-top-black-humor-comedy up.

Then, again, maybe, they somehow bring him back.

Well, that was a bit unexpected! I know some people hate the turn of events, but it was done so well! Another reviewer said that they cannot imagine the show without him. Well, I find that hard to believe. The whole cast is so amazing. And, honestly, they had to kill off the character sooner or later. The series is "anti-historical," but it still has to follow the broad outlines. Now, if they kill off the patriarch, then I'll be really upset, but this was just done so well. And they have so many other characters who are just hilarious together. I really cannot wait until season four! Well done! Huzzah!

I was fan of this show since the first minutes , I heard there's a dark comedy work for anti historical and Elle and Nicolas on board I was happy about that news I was waiting even that I don't care if it's successful or not , but I'm fan of Elle and huge fan of Nicolas that man always love him in every role , Elle fanning is the same she's queen for me , I know the show I laughed so hard ,the only show who put smile on my face everytime, but this episode broke me into pieces , favorite main character died , he was like everything's, the whole cast is completely phenomenal, but PETER was perfect, even the there was no funeral or anything, but the acting by ELLE broke me so hard how she reacted this is just a masterful acting by her she needs a Emmy award for this acting , not to forget gergory the brother,loyal, friend, even his father he was great . I don't know what's coming next but I feel so empty without PETER in this show .
